Die Kernaussage ist in Bildern eingefangen,
die den Betrachter nicht überfrachten,
sondern mit verdeckten Emotionen wirken,
und dafür in Schriftbildern erzählen,
von Momenten und Gedanken der Hoffnung,
um an den weiterführenden Weg der Existenz
zu erinnern.
Ein Teil meiner Motivation war sicherlich
meine Trauer und mein Bedauern über
die Entscheidung einer lieben Freundin
sterben zu wollen, zu verarbeiten,
aber weiterführend wollte ich meinen Blick
auf die Sichtweise lenken, daß es in jedem Moment
des Lebens, und dabei besteht das Leben aus
den beiden Teilen: Leben + Tod,
3000 Möglichkeiten gibt, in denen sich das Leben
jeden Moment weiterentwickeln kann,
denn der innerste Kern eines jeden Lebens
ist unzerstörbar, unabhängig vom Ablauf dessen;
über alle Existenzen hinaus.

The core statement is captured in images that do not
overload the viewer, but work with concealed emotions
and use writing to tell of moments and thoughts of hope
and remind us of the ongoing path of existence.
Certainly I was motivated in part by a desire to come
to terms with my grief and regret at a dear friend’s decision
to end her life, but leading onward from there I wanted to
focus on a way of seeing things that says that at each moment
in life – and life consists of both life + death
- there are 3000 opportunities for it to grow and develop
in different directions.
For the innermost core of each life is indestructible,
independently of the course it takes, beyond all existences.

Fünf Menschen fühlen sich isoliert und gefangen in ihren eigens inszenierten Welten, des Zornes, der Verwicklung in Verlust, in der Oberfläche, auf der Suche nach Tiefe, auf der Suche nach Mitgefühl und Heilung. Der Weg der äußeren Handlung führt über den inneren Weg der Erkenntnis, des Wandlungsprozesses und einem neuen Versuch, einem Anfang.

Five people feel isolated and trapped inside the worlds they have created for themselves: about anger, entanglement with loss and with the superficial, the search for something more profound and the search for compassion and healing. During the course of the film, the physical actions trigger an internal process which leads to realisation, a transformation process and a new attempt and beginning.
